Based on my perspectives, computer is one of the complex communication tools which provide advantages and disadvantages to the users.However,as a user one should know how to use it wisely.As we all know,computer can saves our times to finish our works and needs.Besides, we can communicate well with anyone from any distances around the world.
Nevertheless,the user nowadays doesn't care much about the disadvantages.There are several unethical users use it wrongly by visit illegal web sites which coomonly affects the ethics of a person.

i think web browser is the software that is used to communicate with other people by using computer and internet.
some example are like internet explorer,firefox,safari,opera etc........
